Please read these terms before using Luvia. They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

Agreement

By using Luvia, you agree to these terms with GenConfi. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use the app

  • You are at least 13 years old (16 in the EU)
  • You use the app for personal, everyday grooming choices
  • You follow these terms and applicable laws

Your account

Keep your login details private. Tell us at support@luvia.style if you think someone else accessed your account. We may close accounts that break these rules.

What the app provides

Luvia suggests hairstyles based on your face. Results are ideas to explore, not promises of how a cut will look in real life. Your barber, hair type, and lighting all matter too.

Credits (Auras)

Some previews use credits you buy in the app through Google Play or the App Store. Credits have no cash value. Refunds follow the store's rules. We do not store your card details.

Your photos

You own your photos. You allow us to process them only to show you results. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.

Please do not

  • Break into or copy the app
  • Use the app for business without our permission
  • Scrape data or use bots
  • Break the law

Our responsibility

We try to keep Luvia running well, but the app is provided as is. We are not responsible for haircut choices you make based on suggestions. This does not limit rights you have under consumer laws where you live.

Ownership

The Luvia name, logo, and app belong to GenConfi. Do not copy them without written permission.

Other services

The app uses services such as Google sign in and secure processing partners. Those services have their own terms.

Leaving Luvia

You may delete your account in Profile at any time or email support@luvia.style. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you in the app or by email before important changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes are handled in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
